Jamie has 26-years veterinary business/vet-tech experience, with two successful Co-Founder trade exits, including Virtual Recall with Charlie. He is a founder member of Animal Health Angels and Vice-Chair & Trustee of Petplan Charitable Trust.

    • Develop and execute a content strategy, utilizing a network of content creators and ensuring all content is veterinary-curated for accuracy and relevance.

    • Create a strategic marketing deck, budget allocations, and ensuring we recruit the skill sets required to execute the strategy.

    • Implement marketing automation and AI-aided content creation tools, ensuring curated, trustworthy, and engaging content for pet owners.

    • Collaborate with the CCO to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives and commercial goals.


    Who You Are

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Has extensive experience in DTC marketing, with a strong understanding of millennial and Gen-Z consumer behaviour.

    • Is skilled in both paid and organic marketing strategies, particularly in the digital space.

    • Brings a proven track record in B2B2C marketing, driving growth and engagement across diverse audiences.

    • Has experience in affiliate marketing or the ability to manage a specialist to execute an affiliate strategy effectively.

    • Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer segmentation, including the development of ICPs and customer personas.

    • Is adept at developing comprehensive content strategies and managing content creation teams.

    • Possesses a “black book” of industry contacts and content creators to execute high-quality marketing campaigns.

    • Is experienced in marketing automation and AI-aided content creation, ensuring effective curation of veterinary-approved content.

    • Is passionate about animals, with pet ownership being a positive benefit.
